We don't ask you to believe it all at once. Each step stands on its own and delivers something before the next one starts.

    The systems talk.

    What you enter in one program also appears in the other. Retyping disappears, and you see per connection what happens.

    AI does the work that follows.

    Preparing a quote, answering a ticket, preparing a next step. Every action starts as a proposal that you approve. Once a type of task has proven itself, you can set it to automatic.

    And for those who want it, we become the system.

    For the parts where that is allowed. It is a choice, not a condition: you can also stay at step one or two.

Invoices and their documents are kept for seven years and cannot be deleted during that time. Per quarter or per year you download everything in one package for your accountant, so you have it yourself too. We don't do payroll yet.

What does Layer cost?

Connect is €399 per month, Kern €895, Groei €3,250 and Schaal €7,450, all excluding VAT and without one-off setup costs. Each system above the number in your step costs €89 per month. The number of users is unlimited: we never charge per user.

What is the difference between Connect and Kern?

Connect makes sure the same data is in every system. It does not come up with anything, does not write quotes and does not answer tickets. With Kern the whole AI workspace is added: chat, company knowledge, agents, approvals and the log. The modules decide what you point it at.

Does Layer already work at other companies?

The hub Layer grew out of runs at one company and keeps the work together there every day. The first pilots are running with Layer itself. The first customers in a segment get a first-customer price for 24 months, in exchange for the right to use their figures as an example.

Does my data go to an AI provider?

For the part that needs a language model: yes, and we would rather say so honestly. Only what is needed for that task goes there. From an email by default only the sender, the subject and the beginning, without customers' email addresses and phone numbers in summaries, and never passwords or connection keys. Nothing goes out without someone from your team approving it. Which provider it is and what it may do with your data, we agree with you before Layer goes live.

Does my team have to switch to Layer?

Layer is set up on top of your existing software. We decide which systems keep working and which information or steps we connect between them.

Can I also just have a website built?

Yes. Websites and webshops are a separate service. You don't need to take a Layer project for that.
