General

Do you also come on-site?

No. We work exclusively from our workshop on Aardehoek in Breda. This keeps prices low, gives us better tools and avoids rushed work. You drop your appliance off — or we can help with transport within Breda.

Which brands do you repair?

All brands: Miele, Bosch, Siemens, AEG, Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Beko, Indesit, Electrolux, Zanussi, Hotpoint, ATAG, Pelgrim, Neff and more. Including built-in models and older appliances that are no longer repaired elsewhere.

Which appliances do you repair?

Washing machines, dryers (condenser and heat pump), dishwashers, Bluetooth speakers, soundbars, TVs, monitors and PCBs at component level. Anything with a plug and a circuit board, we can help.

At what age is an appliance no longer worth repairing?

Technically almost anything can be repaired. Economically the rule of thumb is: if a repair costs more than 50% of a comparable new appliance, we recommend replacement. Premium brands (Miele, Bosch) are often still worth repairing up to 15 years old.

Repair

How long does a repair take?

Diagnosis within 48 hours of arrival. The repair itself usually takes 1-5 working days, depending on parts availability. Standard parts (pumps, heating elements) we often have in stock.

How does registration work?

Fill in the form on /reparatie-aanmelden with brand, model and the problem. You'll get instant confirmation and a slot to drop off the appliance. No account needed, no upfront payment.

What if the repair fails?

You only pay the EUR 30 diagnosis fee. We don't charge extra if we conclude the appliance isn't economically repairable. For speakers the diagnosis is even free if we can't offer a solution.

Do you also repair at component level (SMD, PCB)?

Yes. We work with oscilloscope, hot-air station and SMD soldering. This is often 50-70% cheaper than a brand-new circuit board, and more sustainable. Many service companies can't handle this — for us it's standard.

Can you help with an appliance under manufacturer warranty?

Yes — our warranty-claim service (EUR 49.95) handles the whole process with the manufacturer: diagnosis report, contact, paperwork and returns. Useful when the manufacturer is slow to respond or refuses the claim.

Prices & warranty

What does a diagnosis cost?

Standard EUR 30. This amount is fully deducted from the repair cost — you only pay the final price, not both. For speakers the diagnosis is free if we can't offer a solution.

How much does an average repair cost?

Appliance repairs cost on average EUR 75 - 180 including diagnosis and parts. The exact price follows from the diagnosis — always a fixed price agreed upfront, no surprises afterwards.

What warranty do I get on a repair?

3 months full warranty on the repair. If the same fault returns within that period, we repair it again for free. TV repairs get 12 months warranty.

Can I pay by card or invoice?

Card, cash and invoice are all possible. Businesses get an invoice with 14-day payment terms by default. For consumer repairs you pay when collecting the appliance.

Refurbished

What's the difference between refurbished and second-hand?

Refurbished = fully tested, cleaned, with worn parts replaced and company warranty. Second-hand (e.g. Marktplaats) = as-is, no test, no warranty. The quality gap is big, the price gap small.

What warranty do I get on a refurbished appliance?

Minimum 3 months, up to 6 months on premium brands like Miele. Warranty covers the whole appliance — not just the replaced part. If it fails we repair or replace it within the warranty period.

Can refurbished appliances be delivered?

Yes, delivery within Breda and surrounding municipalities (Oosterhout, Etten-Leur, Prinsenbeek, Teteringen etc.). Outside that area on request. Pickup at the workshop is free.

Can I trade in my old appliance?

We buy technically working appliances via /apparaat-verkopen. For a Miele or premium Bosch we often offer EUR 50-150 trade-in value. Non-working appliances we take in for free for recycling.

Workshop

Where is the workshop?

Aardehoek, Breda. Opening hours and directions via /contact. Parking right outside, easily reached from the A16 and A58.

How do I get a large appliance to the workshop?

Many customers come with car or van. No transport of your own? We can pick up appliances within Breda for a small fee. Contact us via WhatsApp +31 6 17720360 to arrange.

Can I just drop in?

We work by appointment — that means your appliance is handled straight away. Register beforehand via /reparatie-aanmelden, then everything is ready on arrival and you don't lose any waiting time.
