3-month warranty

On the repaired fault or the replaced part. We stand behind our work and use only quality components.

Covered

  • Exactly the same fault that was repaired
  • A replaced part that becomes faulty
  • Free re-repair within 3 months

Not covered

  • Faults different from the one repaired
  • Damage from misuse or external causes
  • Consequential damage to the appliance or surroundings
  • Wear parts (filters, seals etc.)

Supplier warranty on parts

If the replaced part is covered by the supplier's warranty, the part is free. After the 3-month TrompTech warranty, labour costs are at your expense.

After the warranty period

After 3 months all costs for parts and labour are at your expense. We always offer a fair price and a transparent report on every repair.

Making a claim

Contact us via info@tromptech.nl, WhatsApp or phone with your tracking code.

We assess whether the fault is covered using the original repair report.

If approved we repair the appliance for free. If declined you receive a new quote.
