A good match
- Your business has its own process that no standard tool solves one to one.
- Approvals pass between several people, for example for quotes.
- You use systems that do not talk to each other by themselves.
- You run on an older ERP or CRM without ready-made integrations.
Honestly, no
- A standard chatbot or WhatsApp flow. An existing package is faster and cheaper for that.
- A one-off script of a day’s work. That is too small for this approach.
- A process that is not settled yet. First the process, then the automation.

The price depends on how many systems need to talk to each other and how many exceptions are involved. After a short conversation, you receive a proposal with a fixed price.

Building with a weekly demo
Two to six weeks, depending on the scope. Every week you see a working version of what is in place.
Live and aftercare
After going live, we stay involved. For €249 per month, monitoring, small changes and support are included.

Frequently asked questions.
How do I know whether my process can be automated?
Can you explain it to a new employee in a few lines, and does it follow fixed steps? Then it is almost certainly possible. If you are unsure, we will work it out together in the first conversation.
How long does a project take?
A small flow with one or two integrations is often live within two weeks. Something with several systems and its own logic takes four to six weeks.
What if my business changes after delivery?
Small changes, such as an extra field, different text or an extra notification, are covered by the €249 per month maintenance. Larger extensions get their own fixed price in advance.
What if it cannot be built?
Then you will hear so in the first conversation. Sometimes a process is locked into a system with no way to integrate, or the supplier does not allow it. We say so straight away, not after three invoices.
Do I get the source code?
Yes. What we build for you runs on your own accounts and the code is in a repository you have access to. If we stop working together, the system stays yours.
