Some of our services continue for as long as your website, online shop or automation is live. We charge for these services periodically, by default via direct debit (SEPA). This page sets out exactly which services are involved, what they cost and how the direct debit works.

Services with a monthly direct debit

These amounts are debited every month, starting from the month in which the service begins. All amounts exclude 21% VAT.

Website per month

With a Website per month, the build is included in the monthly amount, together with hosting and changes: one-page site €99, website €199 or online shop €229 per month. That amount is also collected via the monthly direct debit. The minimum term is 12 months from going live. If you stop after that but before the 24th month, you buy out the part of the build price that is still outstanding. After 24 months the website is yours and only hosting or all-in continues. The exact terms are in article 11a of the general terms and conditions.

Domain names

Every hosting package includes one domain name; you pay nothing extra for it. If you have more domain names, we pass them on at the registrar's actual cost, without a mark-up. That amount varies by extension (.nl, .com, .eu) and appears as a separate line on your invoice.

How the direct debit works

You take out a subscription via tromptech.nl/abonnement. You enter your company's KvK (Dutch Chamber of Commerce) number and declare that you are authorised to sign on the company's behalf. You then pay the first month with iDEAL, on a secure payment page of our payment service provider Mollie. With that payment you also give us the authorisation (SEPA direct debit mandate) for the following months. We do not see or store your online banking login details.

To prevent misuse, we check the KvK number in the Dutch Trade Register and compare the name of the account holder of the first payment with the name of the company. If they don't match, we contact you before the monthly direct debit starts.

From then on, we debit the agreed amount automatically: monthly for hosting, maintenance and management. An extra domain name is invoiced annually at cost. You receive an invoice by email in advance with the amount and the collection date, so you know what is coming.

The amount is fixed in your agreement. If a rate changes, we will notify you at least one month in advance. The rates above apply to new customers; an existing subscription keeps the amount from the agreement.

Cancelling, changing and reversing payments

Cancelling. Ongoing services can be cancelled monthly with one month's notice, unless your agreement states otherwise. A Website per month has a minimum term of 12 months from going live. A domain name runs until the end of the registration period already paid for. You can cancel by email to info@tromptech.nl.

Withdrawing the mandate. You can stop the direct debit mandate at any time by letting us know. Outstanding invoices remain payable after that; you can settle them by bank transfer.

Reversing a payment. If you disagree with a debit, you can have it reversed through your own bank within eight weeks without giving a reason. Please also feel free to contact us. It is usually resolved faster than through a reversal. A reversal does not end the subscription: the amount remains payable and you will receive a payment link from us. If payment is not made, we may suspend the service (article 5.3 of the general terms and conditions).

What is not paid by direct debit

We do not charge one-off assignments by direct debit. Think of building a website or online shop (except with a Website per month), custom software or individual hours. We invoice those per project or per assignment, with a payment term of fourteen days.
