Who is this for?
For freelancers who work alone. If you work with more people, or want to connect several systems, Connect or Core is a better fit.
What is an AI action?
One task the AI carries out for you, such as preparing a reply to an email or looking something up. A piece of research counts as 1, 3 or 5, depending on how thorough it is. You get 50 per month.
And when they run out?
Then you can buy more for €1 per action, up to a maximum you set yourself. If you do not turn that on, the AI stops until the next month. You never get a bill you did not see coming.
Do you keep my invoices for seven years?
Yes. Invoices and the documents that go with them are kept for seven years and cannot be deleted during that time. Per quarter or per year, you download everything in one package for your accountant or your tax return.
What if TrompTech ever stops?
You can always download your records yourself. Keep that package on your side too, so you have it whatever happens to TrompTech.
Do you also do my VAT return?
No. The VAT overview per quarter is ready for you; you or your accountant file the return itself.
Does my data go to an AI provider?
Only what the task needs. From an email, by default only the sender, the subject and the beginning. Nothing goes out without your approval.
