What it does

  • What you are signing in a few sentences, with the facts at a glance: term, cancellation, price, payment and renewal.
  • The points to watch, such as renewal, penalties, liability, non-compete clauses and unilateral changes: why it matters and what you can ask.
  • Each point comes with the literal sentence and the article. If it is not in the contract, the app does not mention it.
  • Then as a PDF, or as a note with the customer in your workspace.
  • You choose who reads the contract; with Only on this PC, nothing leaves your computer.
