An AI agent that takes over work
You read about AI agents taking everything over, while your back office is still retyping emails into the quoting software.

Realistic impact
What does automation usually deliver?
We prefer a conservative model. For a small business, saving 2-4 hours per week is already meaningful for calmer operations and faster follow-up.
Conservative model
At an internal hourly value of €45 and €249/mo support.
low estimate
€ 390
freed capacity / month
€ 141 after monthly support
6-7 mnd setup recovered in capacity
strong fit
€ 779
freed capacity / month
€ 530 after monthly support
2-4 mnd setup recovered in capacity
This is not a revenue promise. It only counts freed time, excluding extra leads, reviews or fewer mistakes.
A solid flow looks like this
Not everything goes to AI. Automation handles repetition; you keep control of pricing, exceptions and tone.

How it works
What this actually solves
A chatbot talks, an agent does. The difference is what happens after the answer. An agent reads an incoming request, pulls the customer record from your system, finds the right items and rates, prepares the quote and puts it in front of you. That is not a conversation, that is a piece of your working day. We build these agents as chains with a fixed stop in them: the groundwork happens on its own, the decision stays with a person. Not because it could not be otherwise, but because on receipts the best model reaches 87 percent, and thirteen errors per hundred that nobody sees cost more than thirteen you click away.

FAQ
Questions we are often asked
How is this different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers your customer. An agent does the work that comes after that answer: look up records, prepare a quote, book an appointment, draft an invoice. The chatbot talks to the outside, the agent works on the inside.
Will it do things I did not ask for?
No, because it is not allowed to do everything. Every chain has a point where it stops and waits for your approval. You decide where that point sits: on quotes above a thousand euro, on every outgoing email, or nowhere at all when the step is harmless.
Where does my data live?
In your own environment. The agent runs on your database and your documents; no customer file goes to a service you have no agreement with. For every model we use, we state where it runs.
And if it does not work?
You switch it off and the work continues by hand, exactly as it does today. An agent you cannot switch off is not help but a dependency. That is why every project starts with a single task: it runs alongside you for a few weeks before anything is added.
