Where does our data live?
On EU servers, in a separate environment per client. Your documents are not used to train models for others. The agreements are set out in writing in a data processing agreement.
Will our team actually use this?
That stands or falls with the first week. We start with the 50 questions asked most often today, so the first answer lands straight away. Run it in Slack or Teams and no one has to open an extra tool.
What if an answer is outdated?
